• Orders should be at least $100.
• Please order all merchandise in quantities of 6.
• If you are a first-time customer from California, you must fax us a copy of your California Re-sale Certificate for us to process your order. Thanks!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
• Please check each individual license in our "List of All Licenses" drop down menu to determine if the license is available to ship to your country.

SHIPPING AND PAYMENT:
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
• New accounts/first-time orders are COD money order or cashier’s check.
• We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover & Amex (3% surcharge on Amex).
• If you would like to pay by company check, please furnish us with the following
information by mail (attention: Credit Dept.) or by FAX - 818-509-1441:
1. Three trade references, with phone numbers & addresses of businesses
     that already accept your check.
2. Your bank name, address, phone number, account number, & your signature.

PRICING:
• Please call for volume pricing on any item.
• We reserve the right to change pricing without notice.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
• All returns & exchanges must be accompanied with a return authorization number (RA#).
• Problems with your order must be claimed within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
• All returns & exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee, freight, & COD fees.
(refused and/or cancelled orders are also subject to these fees)
• Returned merchandise must be in re-sellable condition.
• Absolutely no returns after 30 days* or without return authorization (RA#)!!!
*You have 30 days after obtaining RA# to return merchandise.

RETURNED CHECKS:
• A $25 service charge will be added to your account for each bad check.
• Your account will revert to COD, cashier’s check, or money order.

BACK ORDERS:
• We do not back order without your permission- if you don’t receive an item, please re-order.
